Energy Service Contract (ESC) assessment and management services (2003 ongoing)

Client: The Federal Buildings Initiative (FBI) Program, Natural Resources Canada

SGA provides services to client federal departments on behalf of the FBI Program. Services include rapid assessment and due diligence of conservation and renewable energy opportunities through auditing, preparation of RFP for tendering to Energy Service Companies and management of selection and contracting procedures.

Client Departments have included: The RCMP, Parks Canada, Department of Transport, The Coast Guard and Environment Canada.
