Development of a Least Cost Greenhouse Gas Reduction Plan in Asia (1992)

Client: the Global Environment Facility (GEF) of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

SGA carried out a review of GHG project activity in the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka to develop program outlines. These formed the basis for the participation of the countries in a 14 country Asian program coordinating a Regional approach to emission reduction.
