Bioenergy Project Prefeasibility Assessment (2007)

SGA provided the analysis to focus bioenergy technology options on a 100 ha farm in Southern Ontario. The study has analyzed biomass combined heat and power (CHP) as a central energy source for an integrated farming / industry operation. The farm was investigating an integrated farming operation incorporating improved forest methods, land management, livestock raising, greenhouse operations, timber products and the sale of electricity.

We identified small scale biomass CHP technologies and carried out the analysis to permit our client to successfully identify risks and opportunities of the scheme.
